Why Coaching?

Different types of coaches and coaching is available. A sports coach is involved in the direction, instruction, or training of a sports team or individuals and offers customized learning experiences tailored towards the needs of each individual they’re working with. There is an overlap with a strength and conditioning coach, but who’s main goals are athletic/sport performance, reducing injuries, and teaching lifelong fitness and movement skills.

It is the role of a health coach to help others develop strategies to reach their health, wellness and fitness goals. A health coach increases the chance of clients actually implementing and maintaining health behaviour change. From nutrition guidance to expertly formulated exercise programs and stress lowering techniques, a Primal Health Coach is more than just a non-judgmental accountability partner that actively listens, provides helpful resources, and increases access to preventative care. “A Primal Health coach is also a holistic wellness expert that works with clients to create individualized, adaptable, holistic mind-body health plans”.
