I could not recommend Lizl highly enough as a coach. As someone who was not a consistent runner, having her train me for a half marathon was the best thing I have ever done. She had a really comprehensive training plan that fit in with my lifestyle and was adapted as needed if various challenges came up. She took into account everything from my work schedule, nutritional requirements and even my travel plans during the year. I felt very confident going into my Half marathon and have since had her give me additional training plans to help me maintain my fitness, and train faster for smaller races. If you are a seasoned runner, she will elevate you beyond what you think you can do. If you’re new and have no idea where to start? Talk to Lizl and make sure you do it right!
